Today's guest is my friend and client Bill who is here to share his story of what he accomplished as my client. He has been a client for about sixteen weeks and has lost thirty pounds, having seen his abs for the first time in his life! We talk about what worked for him and what he is doing to sustain his results.
Bill also discusses how he realized the negative long-term effects that drinking alcohol had on him and how he went about moderating how much he was drinking, how losing weight has changed his life for the better, and so, so much more! We also agree that investing in your health is like compound interest that only benefits you more and more over time.
